The specific size of the Miami Beach Motek venue is yet to be determined, Levy noted. However, Beacon Hill Property Group previously revealed facilitating a 5,221-square-foot lease for a Motek Cafe at Triton Towers back in April.Levy also revealed plans to open a Motek sister concept called Sesame Bakery early next year in SoLé Mia, a 187-acre mixed-use development nearing completion in North Miami near Florida International University’s Biscayne Bay campus.Motek was founded by Levy and his wife Tessa in June 2020 with the opening of their first location in the Seybold Building at 36 N.E. 1st Ave. in Downtown Miami.By 2021, they expanded with a second Motek location in Aventura Mall.
