We also highly recommend the beef kibbeh, served on a bed of refreshing cucumber yogurt. Another highlight is the monk salad, which offers a perfect balance of sweetness and freshness with its roasted eggplant, capsicum peppers, parsley, and pomegranate garlic emulsion.Cauliflower is a common item on menus, but the one at Amal is truly exceptional. Served with a green tahini sauce, Hawaij spice blend, and feta crumble, it surpasses our expectations. As for the main dish, we can’t resist the full-fried fish accompanied by a delectable parsley tahini sauce.For dessert, we highly recommend sharing the kanafeh, a sweet and cheesy treat infused with rose water.
